HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1: INDIVIDUAL DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT
We approach each child with an individual diagnostic assessment to determine what they already know and pinpoint their learning needs. Next, we use the results to create a customized learning plan that bolsters student achievement and increases confidence. The results are transformative!
STEP 2: REVIEW DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT
I will contact you to schedule a review of your child’s diagnostic assessment. There are three options available regarding assessment results parents can choose from:
Start tutoring immediately. No additional charge. Schedule and go! This option does not have an assessment report to be given to the parent, nor will the results be reviewed orally.
Get a short report (3-4 pages) with a brief outline of the results only. You will be provided with a digital copy for your records. Review the results orally with the parent as the parent takes notes through an ONLINE session for the same fee as a tutoring session.
STEP 3:THERAPY AND TUTORING SESSIONS
Once the assessment is complete, we use the results to create a customized learning plan or choose a curriculum that we think will best serve your child. Either of these paths will bolster student achievement and increase confidence.
STEP 4: PRIVATE ONE-ON-ONE TUTORING
In-Person Sessions Online Zoom Sessions All tutoring can be done in person, online, or a mix of both.
Cost: $75 per session.
STEP 5: SESSION DURATION
50 – 55 minutes per session
We work with students in a ‘therapy hour’ where we work for 50-55 minutes so that we can end naturally, and we have time to chat for a few minutes after our session before my next student arrives.
